Erin Cooney is Director of Curriculum & Instruction at Pure Edge, Inc. "I believe teaching self-care strategies like breathing exercises, mindful movement, and rest during the school day helps students to access their inner resiliency, to overcome challenges and to focus on achieving their goals and dreams."
