Pure PE offers Mindful Movement sequences for delivery in the physical education setting and helps to build strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, focus and relaxation. Each sequence includes three main elements: breathe, move, and rest. These sequences can be easily integrated into an existing physical education program.
We provide professional development and self-care strategies via adult Brain Breaks, trainings and webinars. We also offer ongoing support for our partner districts and organizations. Continuing ed unit opportunities available.
