Pure Edge, Inc. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Pure Edge Wellness Videos mobile application (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

- Password (securely stored)
- Preferred language
- Answer to the marketing question (e.g., Hospital, School, Other)
- Automatically collected information:
- Video interactions (views, favorites, milestone completions)

- Log data (timestamps, features used)
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and personalize content in your preferred language
- Track video progress, favorites, and milestone achievements

3. Analytics & Tracking
We use analytics services (for example Firebase analytics) to collect usage data such as video views, favorites, language preference, and milestone completion. These services may use cookies or similar technologies.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help operate the App (e.g., Firebase, Vimeo, Mixpanel)
- Law enforcement or to comply with legal obligations, when required
- Successors in case of a merger or asset transfer

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and passwords are stored using secure methods. We follow industry best practices but no system is completely secure.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for children to use with supervision by parents, guardians, or educators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent and comply with COPPA. If you believe we collected such data without consent, contact us and we will delete it.
7. International Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own (for example, the United States) where our service providers are located.
8. Your Choices
- Edit or delete account information in the Account Settings.
- Opt out of certain device-level tracking using your device settings.
- Request deletion of your account and data by contacting us (see Contact below).
9. Data Retention
We retain account data while your account is active and for as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal obligations.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the updated policy in the App and update the “Effective Date”.
11. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party providers including but not limited to: Firebase (authentication & analytics), Vimeo (video hosting/streaming), and Mixpanel (analytics). Review their privacy policies for details.
