In Unit 6, students develop skills for social awareness and community. Students will identify the connections and supports that are a part of their own communities and practice collaborating and problem solving in groups to plan and achieve shared goals. They will grow their understanding of diversity and the ways that families, communities, and culture impact their perspectives and everyday behaviors.
