I have learned so much from this training. From the scientific aspect of this all, the social emotional statistics of learning, to the exercise, sequences, and brain breaks. Love it all!!!

[The most valuable part was] Learning how mindfulness and breathing/brain breaks are helpful to students who have experienced childhood trauma. The emotional effects of this type of practice on these students is so positive and will help them feel less isolated and out of control.
